China Downspout Machine Application The downspout machine is a narrow channel, or trough, forming the component of a roof system which collects and diverts rainwater shed by the roof. This Roll Forming Machine is the essential for its production. Machine Components The machine includes passive uncoiler unit,sheet guiding equipment,roll forming system,post cutting equipment,hydraulic station,PLC system and run out table and the bending machine. Technical Parameter 1. Machine specification: forming thickness(0.5-0.6)xL, yield strength≤G250Mpa 2. Forming speed: 12-15M/min (EXCLUDING CUTTING STOP TIME) 3. Forming roller: about 24 groups 4. Main motor power: 7.5KW 5. Hydraulic station power:4KW 6. Roller material: 45# forged steel, surface coated with chrome 7. Main shaft material: 45# steel 8. Main axis dia.: 68mm 9. Hydraulic cutting pressure: 10-12Mpa 10. Cutting method: hydraulic powered, cutting after roll forming. 11. Cutting blade material: Cr12 quenching treatment 12. 1. Our warranty is one year after the client receives the machine. Within the one year, we will courier the replacement parts to the client free of charege.

Package Details Our downspout machine is fixed in the container with steel ropes so that the machine is kep from being collided, and treatment for rust proof, covered by plastic film for the whole machine, spare parts and some small parts packed in wooden box.
